Welcome to 命盤・AI 靈犀 (Destiny AI), published by Neuralworks. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our BaZi destiny application.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Birth Information
- Full birth date and time
- Birth location
- Gender (for BaZi calculations)
2.2 Account Information
- Email address (optional)
- Display name
- Profile avatar
2.3 Destiny Chart Data
- BaZi (Eight Characters) chart calculations
- Daily Pulse scores and analysis
- Lucky colors and fortune recommendations
- Social compatibility analysis
2.4 Device and Analytics Data
- Device model and OS version
- Unique device identifier
- App usage patterns and crash logs
2.5 Advertising Data
- Limited ad-related data for AdMob personalization
3. How We Use Your Information
- Calculating and displaying your BaZi chart
- Generating daily fortune analysis (Daily Pulse)
- Creating personalized luck recommendations
- Enabling social features (compatibility analysis)
- Providing WidgetKit daily fortunes
- Displaying personalized advertisements
- Improving app performance and user experience
4. Advertising (AdMob)
The free version displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob collects limited data to serve relevant ads. You can disable personalized ads in iOS Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising. Removing ads via in-app purchase eliminates all advertisements.
5. Data Retention
Birth chart data and analysis history are stored for the lifetime of your account. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Ad data is managed by Google according to their privacy policy.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Data Access
You can view all your stored birth information and chart analysis within the app settings.
6.2 Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time within the app settings.
6.3 Ad Personalization
Disable ad personalization in iOS Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising, or purchase "Remove Ads" IAP.
7. In-App Purchases
The "Remove Ads" IAP is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payment information. Apple manages all billing and PCI compliance.
8. Data Security
Birth chart data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use HTTPS/TLS for all API communications. Database access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
9. Children's Privacy
Destiny AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
