This Privacy Policy describes how Ivan Law (operating as Neuralworks, "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the iOS application AetherLink (靈感收藏夾) (the "App"). The same principles apply to our other iOS apps (AetherChef, SwiftConvert, LiDAR Vision Pro, 3D Scan & Measure). By using the App you agree to this policy.
We do not collect, transmit, or store on our own servers:
The App processes the following information entirely on your device. It is not transmitted to us:
AetherLink Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. When you purchase or subscribe, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple StoreKit. We receive only an anonymous receipt confirming the purchase status. We never see or store your credit card, Apple ID password, or other payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to the transaction: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Subscription management, cancellation, refund requests, and price changes are all handled by Apple. See our Support page for instructions.
The free tier of AetherLink displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for the purpose of serving personalized or non-personalized advertising, depending on your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice. If you decline tracking in the ATT prompt, only non-personalized ads are shown. AdMob also processes IP address, device type, OS version, and approximate coarse location (from IP) for ad delivery and frequency capping.
AetherLink Pro subscribers do not see any ads and no advertising data is processed.

When you save a URL, Apple's LinkPresentation framework fetches public metadata (title, preview image, icon) from that URL directly on your device. The request goes from your device to the target website; we do not see it and do not intermediate it.
For the free tier, we present the iOS ATT prompt the first time advertising is shown, asking whether AdMob may use your IDFA for tracking. You may change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device. Declining tracking does not affect the functionality of the App — you will simply see non-personalized ads instead.
Because all content is stored on your device, you control retention. To delete your data:
We have no copy of your content and therefore cannot restore it after deletion.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
Because your content stays on your device, security is provided by iOS and by any passcode or biometric lock you enable. We recommend keeping iOS up to date and using a device passcode.
We do not hold personal data about you on our servers, so there is nothing for us to export, correct, or delete on our side. You may delete your data directly from your device at any time as described above. You may also contact us with questions. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA; since we do not sell personal information, no "Do Not Sell" action is required.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
